Key Responsibilities Include
* Lead, improve and report on ecommerce performance metrics including conversion rates, average order value, site speed and on-site engagement.
* Design and maintain visually impactful, high-performing webpages that align with Cullen’s premium brand identity.
* Maintain and update website copy and imagery in line with new product launches, marketing calendar and campaign launches.
* Manage global Cullen websites, ensuring seamless localisation, consistent brand presentation, and performance across all regions.
* Manage the roll out and upkeep of a new client facing app.
* Recommend and implement updates to navigation, filtering, and content layout to improve product discoverability and user satisfaction.
What are we seeking?
* Demonstrated experience in ecommerce management, ideally within a premium or luxury DTC brand.
* Proven ability to track, interpret and act on ecommerce analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
* Strong proficiency in UX/UI best practices and experience designing user journeys for digital retail.
* Hands-on CMS experience, including managing global or multi-regional website environments.
* Strong understanding of SEO.
* Experience in ecommerce merchandising, including launching new products and managing catalogue structures.
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive remuneration package, and the ability to work in a beautiful office location in the heart of Kew, we offer all our team members with a range of benefits including:
* A supportive and collaborative work environment;
* An Employee Assistance Program for you and a family member to utilise;
* Generous staff and family / friend discounts;
* Team events and initiatives included as part of our wellbeing program;
