Job Description

As an effective Director of Project Controls, you will:
* Deliver comprehensive Project Controls services, overseeing end-to-end service delivery.
* Contribute to business growth through client relationships and business development.
* Lead project control teams across infrastructure sectors such as rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, and renewables.
* Act as a key liaison for clients.
* Develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities.
* Grow and mentor your team of professionals.
* Exhibit leadership excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
* 17+ years of relevant industry experience.
* Full working rights and residency in Australia.
* A recognised degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience in infrastructure projects, especially in power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, or roads.
* A passion for mentoring and developing future talent.
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior clients.
* Strategic mindset for growth aligned with local market conditions.
* Ability to produce resource estimates, cost plans, or parametric models.
