About the role
Reporting to the Merchandise Planning Manager, the Supply and Demand Planner – Tea ware and Accessories is responsible for the forecast, purchase and management of inventory within the Global T2 Supply Chain. This role manages the end-to-end purchasing process from sales analysis and PO generation to shipping coordination, working closely with our valued supplier base, distribution network and internal stakeholders throughout.
Key Responsibility Areas
* Analyse sales history and build forward demand forecasts aligned to market activity, business plans, and growth targets; track accuracy through Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
* Respond to sales variances by updating forecasts and supply plans to maintain availability and minimise excess inventory.
* Raise and manage purchase orders end-to-end (from creation through production and packing) to secure on-time delivery and reduce supply risk.
* Coordinate production and packing schedules with suppliers and co-packers to deliver complex, multi-category products with time-sensitive components.
* Manage global inventory and inter-market stock transfers to optimise stock holding across all locations and channels.
* Provide weekly planning and inventory reporting and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely outcomes.

* Experience in a similar role and industry
* Experience in end-to-end supply chain management and the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
* A solution orientated mindset to proactively drive the critical path
* A self-starter with great initiative
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
