Description
Lead the design and delivery of Council’s modern, reliable and integrated business systems — including cloud apps, e‑commerce, land and spatial systems, business intelligence, automation, data analytics, and reporting — while managing contracts and relationships with 20+ vendors.
Guide and support the Business Systems Analysts and Data/Analytics staff to provide high‑quality services that drive innovation, improve processes, and strengthen collaboration across Council.
About The Role
Lead the design, integration, upgrades and delivery of Council’s business applications, including cloud systems, e‑commerce, land and spatial information, business intelligence and data analytics.Oversee corporate applications and information management services to support automation, reporting and modern digital solutions across the contracts and maintain strong relationships with more than 20 technology vendors to ensure high‑quality, value‑for‑money services.Provide leadership to the Business Systems Analysts and Data/Analytics staff, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across Council.
