The Department of Health, Hospitals & Primary Care - Hospitals Sth, Hospitals Sth - WACS invites applications for the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (NPICU) at the Royal Hobart Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager and other senior staff to plan and manage staff and resources.
* Provide operational leadership through the coordination of day-to-day patient care activities, including patient flow.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated clinical experience in the relevant practice area with the capacity to provide clinical leadership and exercise professional judgement.
* Demonstrated ability to understand the business of the unit/service in delivering the best outcomes within available resources.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute to the evaluation, innovation, and development of services provided by the unit/service.
Benefits:
* Salary range $106,570 to $112,440 per annum (pro rata).
* 11.5% superannuation contribution.
