As we continue to grow, we're looking for a
Senior Manager, Workforce Planning
to lead the next phase of our resourcing strategy.
Your Role
This is a hands-on, data-led leadership role where you'll shape how we plan and manage our workforce across a highly diverse and regulated environment.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across Service Delivery, People & Culture, Finance, and Technology – and lead our offshore workforce planning team.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver data-driven workforce plans across multiple models
* Use rostering tools to forecast, optimise, and review workforce efficiency
* Provide clear insights and reporting to support better business decisions
* Lead and support our offshore WFM team (Team Leaders & Admins)
* Manage escalations in collaboration with P&C and our external rostering provider
* Maintain our workforce planning system in Salesforce (you'll be the in-house expert)
* Work with the business on future workforce scenarios and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
You'll need to show strength in at least 4–5 of the following areas:
* 5+ years' experience in workforce planning, analytics or resource optimisation
* Strong analytical skillset – able to work with large datasets and turn insights into action
* Experience managing 24/7 or complex rosters, ideally in regulated sectors
* Solid commercial/financial acumen and reporting capability
* Hands-on systems experience such as Salesforce
* Experience leading offshore or cross-functional teams
* Strong communication skills – comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels
* A bias for process improvement and scalable systems thinking
