Key duties and responsibilities of a Senior Business Analyst include:
1. Create, manage, maintain, and update documents and artefacts related to PEMS.
2. Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and achievement of outcomes under limited direction.
3. Demonstrate sound decision-making, initiative, and judgement in the workplace.
4. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including key business and technical staff.
5. Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
6. Facilitate workshops to discuss business and technical issues.
7. Assist the Project Manager and Team Leader in scheduling work for each release.
8. Investigate and resolve business issues related to PEMS.
9. Participate in the planning and implementation of PEMS.
This role involves working closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery of projects and contributing to the growth and development of the organisation through effective business analysis.
