* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with strategic execution and legal compliance
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels
* Deliver exceptional candidate experiences with positive outcomes and retention
* Adapt quickly, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
* Achieve success through data-driven decisions and recruitment metrics
What you will need to succeed
* Strong attention to detail and be able to follow processes thoroughly
* High-volume, fast-paced recruitment experience
* 2+ years' experience in the same role or similar
