Job Title
This role is the central hub for large-scale digital projects and campaigns, ensuring seamless work flow between clients, creative, digital, and production teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, coordinating internal teams to produce integrated, multi-channel work, reviewing creative and production outputs to ensure they meet technical requirements and quality standards, owning project scopes, timelines, budgets, approvals and status documents, working closely with senior stakeholders on forecasting, resourcing and digital channel optimization, leading regular progress meetings and championing effective workflow management, mentoring junior team members and supporting cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to reporting, insights, and quarterly business reviews.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects.

* Review creative and production outputs to ensure they meet technical requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in digital account management within a marketing environment.
* Proven experience managing complex, high-volume accounts with multiple stakeholders.
* A deep understanding of digital ecosystems - websites, CRM, social media, paid media and content production workflows.
* Working knowledge of creative and production processes across digital and integrated campaigns.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, Asana).
