This is a chance to step into a global brand as a Customer Experience Manager, where you'll drive sales, inspirational leadership and styling expertise. You'll have the opportunity to guide a dedicated team, manage high-profile client appointments, and provide personalised styling in a stunning, intimate boutique environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and Develop: You'll inspire and train your team, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they step in. * Drive Sales: Utilise your consultative sales skills to recognise buying signals and secure sales, ensuring KPIs are met. * Customer-Centric: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through key decisions, often for major events, by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Global Team Support: Engage with an international management team and receive hands-on training overseas in a flagship showroom to truly immerse yourself in the brand.
