Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and exceptional customer service.
- Property Sales: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and industry developments to offer clients up-to-date information.
- Networking: Actively network with potential clients and industry professionals to generate leads and expand your client base.
- Open Homes & Property Inspections: Organize and conduct property inspections and open homes.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market activity.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Sydney's real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid NSW Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
