Sustaining Engineer

About The Role
This is a critical hybrid role ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our entire technology stack. You will be the primary engineering contact for operational support, responsible for rapid-response fixes across our back-end (C#) and front-end (React) systems. You will also proactively improve our security posture, manage corporate hardware (Windows and Mac) and build automation to help the whole business operate more efficiently.
Must-have Experience
3-5+ years of experience, ideally in an application support, sustaining or full-stack development role.
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework (.NET 4+ / .NET Core).
Good working knowledge of React and modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Demonstrated experience diagnosing and debugging complex issues across a full technology stack.
Proven experience managing both Windows and macOS devices in a corporate environment.
A logical and methodical problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Nice to Have
Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and IAM (Active Directory / Azure AD).
