Cammeray Waters is a premier events and accommodation venue set on 200 acres of stunning natural landscape in Woodend. We are looking for an energetic and organised Events Manager to join our team and help deliver unforgettable weddings, retreats, conferences, and private events.

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end event coordination (enquiries, inspections, planning, run sheets, onsite management).
* Work closely with clients to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.
* Liaise with suppliers, vendors, kitchen, accommodation, and operations teams.
* Oversee event setups, schedules, AV needs, and logistics.
* Create customised event packages and assist with sales enquiries.
* Ensure smooth delivery of weddings, corporate retreats, and special events.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in events or hospitality management (venue/wedding experience ideal).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Highly organised, able to multitask and manage multiple events.
* Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused.
* Flexibility to work weekends during peak season.
