Opal HealthCare seeks a Registered Nurse Educator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and deliver education to our clinical and care teams, while providing assistance to the Care Manager in delivering educational programs in the Care Community.

The successful candidate will facilitate orientation and mandatory training across departments, utilizing their expertise to build and accelerate the careers of our nursing staff. Our purpose is to bring joy to those we care for, and this role will play a key part in achieving that goal.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and deliver education to our clinical and care teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
">
* A current driver's license
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">
* Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
">
* Strong organizational and time management skills
">
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
">
* Previous experience in education or training would be highly regarded
