Canberra casual CHEF
$35.06 base rate plus casual loading
* Above award wages for this position as Chef
* 6:00 - 2:00 shift. Early start and late finish penalties apply
* Weekend and public holiday penalties apply

THE POSITION
* A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one's own as well as with a team
* Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
* Operating a catering operation within strict budgetary constraints
* Menu planning and nutrition planning
THE PERSON
* Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent
* Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
* Good teamwork skills & communication skills
* Posses a Working with Vulnerable People Check, Police Check, COVID vaccination and serology clearance (or be willing to obtain)
