Senior Leadership Role: Finance and Corporate Strategy
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive financial success and strengthen our organisation's corporate foundation.
* Oversee finance, human resources, quality, governance, procurement, contracts, infrastructure, and IT functions.
* Develop and implement effective financial processes and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of information.
* Act as Company Secretary, ensuring best-practice governance and strong Board support.
* Provide strategic guidance on financial decision-making across the organisation, with a focus on accountability and outcomes.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and Board members.
* CA or CPA qualification (essential).
* At least 10 years' senior leadership experience in finance and corporate services, ideally within a complex environment.
* Proven ability to manage technology and infrastructure, with expertise in making strategic decisions.
* Strong governance, planning, problem-solving, and change management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to influence at the most senior levels.
