Groundsperson

We're inviting expressions of interest for entry level applications to join our permanent workforce at RAAF Williamtown as a Groundsperson.We're committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.

Responsibilities

* Maintenance and upkeep for site grounds and gardens
* Identify and manage risks associated with grounds maintenance
* Will be trained in using a variety of equipment such as ride‐on mowers, whipper‐snippers and all other grounds maintenance equipment

Qualifications

* Current Open Driver's Licence
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory)
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high‐quality outcomes for clients
