We are looking for a talented **Service Advisor** to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive and industrial customer based in our Wetherill Park branch.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Serve as first point of contact with customer and determine their requirements
- Plan jobs and create work orders, book in trucks or industrial machineries for Engine repairs
- Communicating vehicle symptoms to workshop team and fault rectifications to the customers.
- Track repair progress, consistently liaise with the customer to keep them updated with progress.
- Follow procedures and document required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work completed.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders - (mainly technicians, customer account managers and parts department) to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
- Submit accurate warranty claim in first attempt.
- Close and Invoice jobs in a way that maximizes profit on each one.
**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- World class communication skills - both written and verbal with solid IT capabilities
- Experience of delivering first class customer service
- Punctual and reliable.
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised.
- Be able to multitask and work in a team environment
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
