About the Role
As a Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of one of our flagship Gippsland restaurants, driving daily operations, smashing sales targets, and making sure your team delivers the exceptional service our guests deserve.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor, leading by example – preparing food, serving customers, and keeping your store humming. You'll also be in charge of:
* Recruiting, training & developing your team
* Coaching staff to deliver on quality, speed & service
* Monitoring labour costs, food wastage & sales KPIs
* Creating a positive, performance-driven team culture
* Ensuring compliance and high operational standards
* Delivering a clean, efficient, guest-focused store experience every day
About You
You're a natural leader who thrives on fast-paced days and team wins. You know hospitality inside out, from cost control to customer complaints and you've got the experience to prove it.
You'll bring:
* Experience in hospitality or QSR management (2+ years)
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a team that trusts and delivers
