The successful candidate will be responsible for handling files, drafting correspondence, advices, and court documents. Additionally, they will engage with clients and witnesses for the purpose of taking affidavits and witness statements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice and representation
* Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and case developments
* Engage with external parties including witnesses and experts as required
* Meet deadlines and manage workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of results
