Senior Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional ICT support services expertise, both in person and virtually.
Main Responsibilities:
* To provide installation and break-fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.
* The ideal candidate will be ITIL V3 certified.
* This role involves incident, problem, and risk management practices, including logging and updating ITSM tickets and records.
* The successful candidate will also support Microsoft M365 application suite, and legacy Microsoft applications.
* Able to support legacy and / or bespoke software platforms with guidance.
* Regularly performing moves, adds and changes (MACs) on various systems.
