Job Description
We are seeking passionate professionals to lead guided tours, providing an exceptional guest experience in a beautiful national park setting.
* Offer excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and supported throughout their tour.
* Deliver informative commentary on the park's unique features, including flora, fauna, geology, and cultural significance.
* Operate 4WD vehicles safely and efficiently, navigating trails through Purnululu National Park as scheduled.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality tours, leveraging individual strengths to create a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Monitoring visitor safety during hikes, alerting the lead guide to any concerns.
* Maintaining a culture of safety, adhering to established protocols and emergency procedures.
* Preparing tour vehicles and equipment for each day's excursion.
* Greeting guests, providing refreshments, and briefing them on the tour's itinerary.
This role is a seasonal opportunity, requiring a commitment from April to September. The working schedule includes 21 days per 4-week period, with 8 days off and at least 5 days off in town each month.
