D'Arcy Weil
is representing a major integrated energy company operating substantial energy trading and commercial supply operations across Australia. They manage complex portfolios serving large corporate and industrial clients requiring sophisticated energy solutions, decarbonisation pathways, and risk management across wholesale electricity, gas, environmental certificates, and carbon markets.
The business is expanding commercial capability to structure innovative energy transactions for Australia's largest corporate energy users. They require experienced B2B structuring expertise to design bespoke commercial solutions, negotiate complex deals, and manage client relationships supporting growth in the large corporate market.
They are seeking a Commercial Structurer to originate and execute complex energy transactions for large corporate clients. This role offers the opportunity to structure innovative decarbonisation solutions whilst building strategic client relationships and driving commercial growth.
The Role
As Commercial Structurer, you will structure and execute complex energy transactions for large corporate clients requiring bespoke energy management and decarbonisation solutions. Working closely with trading, risk, legal, and analytics teams, you will drive transaction execution from initial client engagement through contract signing.
This is a commercial structuring role requiring sophisticated deal-making capability, client relationship management, and deep understanding of corporate energy procurement - not a sales role.
