About the role

Wellnesswares Group Pty Ltd, a leading provider of premium hardware for well being is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales and Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team in Forest Glen, Queensland. In this full-time position you thrive in a role offering variation from sales consultation through to product distribution.

What you'll be doing

* You will consult with leading interior design and architectural professionals, health conscious home owners, and onsite trade professionals
* Manage and nurture existing B2B partners and B2C customers with exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with customers to understand their needs and share know how regarding the products and services offered by the business.
* Assist with customer product selections and close sales, ensuring customers receive an exceptional purchasing and product experience.
* You will follow each clients purchase from sale to delivery offering.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and provide timely follow ups
* Prepare high value low volume shipments in full and on time.
* Be a team player and seek improvement to deliver a great sales experience.

What we're looking for

* Experience in an internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the building trade or design, hospitality and or wellness industry
* Possibly have some basic renovation or building trade knowledge or logistical background and seeking to hone your sales skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and objections effectively
* Proficient in using Salesforce CRM and Dear/Cin7 inventory management systems (or similar enterprise-level systems)
* Passion for home design, health and wellness products and a desire to help customers achieve their wellness and design outcomes.
* Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
