The Opportunity
This role is for a hands‑on marketing professional. As Marketing Manager at Laundy Hotels, we're looking for a dynamic, execution‑focused marketer who can drive campaigns across our venue portfolio. The role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves bringing marketing initiatives to life, and has a passion for the hospitality industry.
You'll be the key implementer between operations, culinary, events, and venue teams, executing campaigns that deliver measurable results. From implementing seasonal promotions to coordinating venue‑specific activations, this role is equal parts tactical, collaborative, and detail‑oriented.
Location: Based between Laundy Hotels Head Office (Lane Cove) and venues.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for brand, events and promotions across digital, social, email, in‑venue, PR, and partnerships.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with venue teams, chefs, operations, and events to ensure campaigns are tailored to business goals, local market nuances, and guest experiences.
* Brand Management: Maintain brand standards across all channels while allowing for creative, venue‑specific storytelling that enhances local engagement.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse campaign performance using data and insights to optimise activity and inform future planning.
* Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor and coordinate marketing team members to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of all marketing materials and activations.
* Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with creative, PR, media, beverage partners and digital agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and assets.
* Project Delivery: Drive the marketing component of key business initiatives, including website platform updates, CRM enhancements, in‑venue communications, and socials.
About You
You're a detail‑oriented, hands‑on marketer who excels at juggling multiple priorities and delivering results. You bring a blend of creative thinking and practical execution skill with a focus on getting things done.
You'll Bring
* 6+ years' experience in marketing with proven experience in campaign execution.
* Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience in hospitality or consumer‑led industries (hospitality experience highly desirable).
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
* Experience working with creative teams, agencies and external vendors.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (Drupal and/or WordPress), CRM tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Meta, etc.).
* A current driver's licence and car to travel between venues.
