We currently have new and exciting opportunities within our customer service team for a permanent full-time, temporary part-time, and casual Customer Service Officers .
You will create a positive relationship in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority for both internal and external customers, handling a range of enquiries through telephone, over the counter, and written communication.

We Offer
* Permanent full-time position, 35 hours/week, with a salary from $62,372.22 to $64,892.22 per annum.
* Temporary part-time, 21 hours/week, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday, with a salary from $719.68 to $748.76 per week.
* Casual positions with a starting rate of $42.84 per hour (including casual loading).
* Standard hours are 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with a one-hour break.
* Plus 12% superannuation.
