About the Position:
As a Specialist Staff Development Nurse, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support to the Mental Health Department. This will involve contributing to and participating in orientation, in-servicing, and clinical competence programs. You will also support hospital Quality Improvement processes and provide objective evaluation and assessment of learning needs and outcomes.
