Miss Chief Bar And Eatery are seeking a talented sous chef to join our small kitchen crew. We offer a variety of Asian inspired tapas dishes with a focus on using good quality ingredients and delivering a experience for customers to remember.

The position is based on a 38-40 hour, 4day working week, with the need for extra hours during peek trade periods or to cover holidays, sick day's etc. All overtime and weekend rates will be paid in full at every payroll period.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Overseeing all kitchen operations during the head chef's days off or holidays
* Ordering of stock and ensuring stock rotation protocols are followed
* Freedom to create weekly specials and have input on new menu dishes
* Keeping up to date on kitchen cleaning operations and food safety program
