Customer Service and Administrative Support
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple tasks and provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders and internal teams by responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation across relevant systems to ensure seamless workflow and data integrity.
* Provide administrative support to daily operations, including reporting requirements for warehouse and distribution activities.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in administration, customer service, or logistics support.
* Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or defence-related environments is highly desirable but not essential.
