We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our fabulous team. With over 25 years of experience in the Plumbing Industry, we work on Domestic and Commercial projects in Albury-Wodonga and surrounding regions.
Your new role: You will have the opportunity to develop and grow within the role, quickly becoming an integral part of our family-run business and influencing the efficiency of our operations.
Duties include: Liaison with building partners and trades Manage day-to-day running of the office Accounts payable and receivable WHS training and implementation for our workforce Assist with managing employee contracts, inductions, timesheets, expenses, and travel You will have: Previous experience in an office environment Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office suite Experience in Xero or similar accounting software An understanding or interest in WHS legislation, policies, and procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, energy, and a strong work ethic An understanding of SimPRO would be an advantage We will offer: Flexibility and work-life balance (we don't miss the swimming carnival because of work, and neither should you).
