We have a unique opportunity for a senior ABM practitioner to join APAC's largest B2B marketing agency, Green Hat, as an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Program Director.

Green Hat is a full-service B2B marketing consulting agency built for change-makers. We bring together strategy, ABM, content, creative and digital to help clients challenge assumptions, create bold ideas and execute game-changing B2B programs.

We're growing our ABM team to meet significant market demand across 1:1, 1:few and 1:many account-based programs. You'll work with leaders in the field delivering ABM and demand-gen programs in Australia, the APAC region and globally, while bringing your own fresh thinking to maximise impact for our clients.

This role is focused on managing complex ABM programs end-to-end. You'll lead strategic initiatives, drive delivery excellence, and work across teams to create standout outcomes for high-profile clients.

We'd prefer this role to be Melbourne-based, but may consider Sydney for the right candidate. We work in a hybrid model where we're in the office together at least twice per week.

ABOUT YOU

The skills we are looking for:

* Able to plan and manage complex ABM programs on time and on budget for clients
* Deep experience across 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM
* Be a B2B and ABM consultative advisor to clients, winning their respect through insight, strategic thinking and an outcomes-oriented approach
* Lead planning, implementation and managed services across a team of Green Hat content, creative, digital and strategy specialists to deliver outstanding outcomes
* Recommend innovative ABM solutions to client marketing challenges, with the support of the Green Hat team around you

You will bring the following experience, expertise and values with you...

* At least 7 years' hands-on ABM experience, either agency-side or client-side
* Strong experience leading ABM programs
* A deep understanding of ABM principles, approaches and strategy development across different program types and account tiers
* A proven track record of achieving growth outcomes
* A strong empathy for client-side teams, with client-side experience valued
* Excellent organisational, presentation and problem-solving skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* A sound awareness of digital, data, content and creative disciplines that support ABM programs
* A relevant university degree
