The successful candidate will review, oversee, and manage contract agreements, ensuring contractual compliance with legal and regulatory standards. They will also align with company policies while mitigating risks appropriately.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on contract negotiation, development, and implementation.
* Contract administration, managing price adjustments and variations, and resolving disputes.
* Contract obligation and compliance evaluations, and strategy recommendations to enhance outcomes.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to interpret, understand, and communicate contractual information.
* Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and analysing contractual performance.
* Demonstrated ability to manage high-level negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to develop and lead action plans for tenders and contract implementations, and transitions.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, commerce or related disciplines.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to focus on achieving effective outcomes.
