This is a key role driving the operational rhythm of our business - from production handover to warehouse dispatch - and supporting global growth with clarity and consistency.You’ll be the connection point between departments, responsible for managing timelines, inventory systems, and end-to-end product flow. Liaise with freight providers and 3PL partners. Support purchase order visibility and delivery tracking.Product Lifecycle & Launch ReadinessOwn product setup in Cin7 and ensure inventory accuracy across channels. Coordinate promotional sales and seasonal launches. Lead logistics and setup for in-person events like our sample sale.Inventory & Cross-Channel OperationsOversee inventory across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail. Manage replenishment planning, boutique stocktake coordination, and system integration across Shopify, Cin7, and POS.Timeline & Workflow ManagementSet and manage lead times across design, production, marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale.
