About the Role
This is a practical, in‐office role supporting the day‐to‐day maintenance of the village.
This is a part‐time position working Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a fourth working day to be agreed with the successful candidate based on preference and business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
* General maintenance and minor repairs
* Routine inspections of buildings and facilities
* Coordinate contractors where required
* Respond to maintenance requests and safety issues
* Maintain the overall presentation, cleanliness and safety of the village
About You
* Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar hands‐on role
* Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Practical, proactive approach to problem‐solving
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Current driver's licence
* Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 15kg
Nice to Have
* Trade qualification
* Experience in retirement living, property or facilities environments
* Experience using maintenance management systems
