Salary and Benefits
Pay: $34.59 per hour plus 12% Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits.
About the role
Make a meaningful difference every day as a Residential Care Partner at Balladong Gardens. In this permanent part‐time role, you will support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, social connection and activities that bring purpose and enjoyment to their lives.
You will help create a warm, homely environment where residents feel safe, respected and supported. Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will bring compassion, patience and professionalism to every shift.
This role is based at our welcoming Balladong Gardens community in York.
Roster and hours
This position follows a consistent fortnightly rotating roster:
* Week 1
o Monday: 9.45pm - 7.15am
o Tuesday: 9.45pm - 7.15am
* Week 2
o Monday: 9.45pm - 7.15am
o Tuesday: 29.45pm - 7.15am
o Saturday: 7am - 3pm
o Sunday: 9am - 2pm

About you

* Basic to intermediate IT skills
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Certificate III in Aged Care (or working towards it)
