Provide Compassionate Care to Vulnerable Individuals

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients in Residential Aged Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Collaborate with patients, families, carers, and the wider team to achieve meaningful outcomes and support people in making informed decisions about their care.
* Advocate for Patients: Respond effectively to changing clinical conditions and emergency situations, while practicing within professional, ethical, and cultural boundaries.
* Clinical Decision Making: Apply critical thinking and evidence-based care in clinical decision-making, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.

To be successful in this role, you will be a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who:

* Works Effectively in Teams: Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, while communicating clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
