About the role
The Security Performance & Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the performance of BAC's contracted aviation and protective security functions to ensure the quality and effectiveness of these services. The role will work in close partnership with BAC's security service provider/s and be the conduit between these organisations and BAC.
Key focus areas include:
* Ensure the efficient, effective, and compliant delivery of security services by the contracted provider
* Maintain excellence in operational service delivery and standards
* Optimise existing capacity relative to demand
About you
You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.
You will have significant experience in protective security, ideally in the aviation industry (Airlines/Airports), and/or in vendor management, preferably in the physical and/or aviation security sector. In addition, you will be knowledgeable of risk assessment practices, specifically security vulnerability and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP).
Apart from these operational security experiences, you will need to enjoy and be skilled at engaging with a variety of people both internally and externally.
