About the Opportunity

The Member Services Officer provides specialisedsuperannuation-based information to members, agencies andstakeholders that relate to the schemes and products administeredby the Super SA office. The role is based in the Contact Centre andis focussed primarily on the provision of member service via phonein the Call Centre, via face-to-face interaction in the MemberCentre, and via written and electronic correspondence.

Activities undertaken by the Member Services Officer include:

* Providing information relating to eligibility criteria,legislation, insurance, and taxation.
* Providing specific and accurate details related toindividual and member accounts.
* Providing information relating to targeted campaigns,superannuation, and insurance related services.
* Calculating superannuation benefits.

Pool Recruitment Process

The Member Services Officer temporary pool will remainactive for 12 months and you can apply at any time during thisperiod.

We have opportunities to join our team throughout the year and yourapplication will remain in the pool and will be considered for thenext available recruitment intake.

Applicants who have not been contacted within 3 months of applyingor have been unsuccessful at interview need not reapply.

Remuneration

ASO3 - $67,589 min - $72,033 max per annum, plussuperannuation
