ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an organised, proactive and production‐savvy Producer to help bring our ecommerce and creative content to life. In this role, you'll manage ecommerce and creative shoots from pre‐production through to delivery, working closely with the creative and studio teams to schedule and execute productions. You'll coordinate talent, crew, call sheets, timelines and logistics, ensuring every shoot runs efficiently and delivers against creative and ecommerce briefs. Reporting to the Lead Producer, you'll take ownership of shoot planning and execution, managing production timelines, budgets and key logistics while partnering with internal creative teams and external talent, agencies and freelance crew. You'll provide confident on‐set leadership and problem solving to ensure productions run smoothly and content is delivered to the highest standard. As an ambassador for our brand and the COG way, you'll play an important role in ensuring our ecommerce and creative content is produced efficiently, collaboratively and to the highest quality. This role may offer opportunities to travel for interstate and international shoots.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated experience producing and delivering photographic or ecommerce content projects
* Proven project management experience across the full production process from pre‐production through to post
* Experience coordinating talent, crew and production logistics across studio and location shoots
* Strong stakeholder management with the ability to deliver against creative and ecommerce briefs
* Experience managing production timelines, budgets and competing priorities
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Collaborative approach with the ability to work positively with creative teams, stakeholders and freelance partners
* Education or qualification in Advertising, Photography or a related field is highly regarded
