Head of Tax - Global Leadership Role
We are exclusively supporting a global organisation in the appointment of a Head of Tax for a newly created, enterprise-wide role. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and plays a key role in shaping tax strategy, governance and transformation initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement a global tax strategy aligned with commercial and operational priorities.
* Provide strategic tax advice to executive leadership on acquisitions, restructures and international expansion.
* Drive global tax transformation initiatives, including automation, systems integration and process improvement.
* Oversee global tax governance, risk frameworks and compliance obligations.
* Manage relationships with global tax authorities and external advisors.
* Act as the primary tax advisor to senior stakeholders and regional finance leaders.
* Lead tax planning and advisory support for material transactions and business initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* Strong technical expertise across corporate tax, indirect taxes and transfer pricing.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to translate tax complexity into practical business advice.
* Demonstrated experience operating in complex, multinational environments.
* 15+ years' experience in senior tax roles within large corporates or top-tier advisory firms.
Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related discipline.
* CA, CPA and/or Master of Tax highly regarded.
