The Client:
Leading Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) that specialises in managing, developing, and owning premium office, industrial, and retail properties. Working in their Corporate Head Office, a premium-grade office tower renowned for its innovative design and modern architecture. It offers breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour, making it one of the city's most iconic and sought-after commercial properties.
The Role:
As a Guest Relations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, executives, staff, and contractors at their corporate office. Your role is essential in providing premium service, ensuring a positive experience, and maintaining a safe, functional work environment. You will also assist in the smooth operation of meetings, events, and daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and direct guests upon arrival to ensure a warm and professional welcome.
* Coordinate and prepare for on-site meetings and events.
* Manage meeting rooms and office spaces to ensure seamless service for staff, guests, and contractors.
* Organise food and beverage requirements for business lunches and meetings.
* Handle general administrative duties, including accounts payable, vendor relations, and WHS site audits.
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
* Support event planning, liaising with internal hosts and external vendors.
* Work collaboratively with the Operations team and stakeholders to deliver top-tier service.
The Candidate:
* Approx. 2 years in a corporate environment role either in guest experience, reception or team assistant.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
