We are a growing company looking for a single marketing owner to build, execute, and manage our entire marketing function.
This is not a coordinator role.
This is not a social media-only role.
You will be the only marketing representative in the company.
You will be responsible for strategy, execution, performance, and systems.
If you are not comfortable owning everything from content creation to CRM automation, this role is not for you.
Role Overview
You will design and execute all marketing initiatives across digital, content, paid media, branding, and CRM.
You will maintain and execute the marketing engine from end to end (EDM'S - CRM Automation flows).
You will work directly with the founder.
Core Responsibilities
* Own and execute the full marketing strategy
* Manage and grow all social media platforms
* Plan and produce content (photo, video, written)
* Build and manage audience segmentation
* Develop email marketing campaigns and automation flows
* Fully manage and optimize HubSpot (CRM, workflows, pipelines, reporting)
* Track KPIs and report performance metrics
* Maintain brand consistency across all channels
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Proven experience managing marketing end-to-end (not just one area)
* Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (automation, workflows, CRM management, reporting)
* Experience running paid ads and managing performance budgets
* Strong understanding of segmentation and customer journeys
* Ability to create content (photo/video/editing capability preferred)
* Strong analytical skills and performance mindset
* Ability to work independently without supervision
* Comfortable operating as a one-person marketing department
If you have only worked as a social media manager or coordinator, this role will not be suitable.
