Job Title: Assistant Store Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Wangaratta. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of our store.


The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, preferably in retail, and be able to provide coaching and guidance to team members. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



* A leading automotive parts supplier based in Wangaratta seeks a high-performing individual with strong management capabilities;

* In this critical assistant manager position you’ll play a vital role ensuring operational efficiency across sales floor, inventory control & customer satisfaction metrics;

* Your duties include assisting the store manager in achieving sales goals through effective stock level maintenance as well as inspiring your staff towards peak performance
