Business Services Leadership Opportunity
The role of Business Services Manager involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and driving team performance through effective workflow management and smart delegation.
To succeed in this position, you will require a strong background in business services or related fields, with a minimum of 7 years of experience and at least 3 years of staff and team management experience. You must also possess excellent tax advisory/research skills and advanced MS Excel skills.
This is a high-profile role involving the management of operational responsibilities of the Business Services team to deliver high-quality services to clients. Key responsibilities include producing, reviewing, and managing the delivery of client advice and outputs, prioritizing, delegating, and reviewing tax compliance assignments including financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, FBT, ESS, and other tax compliance requirements.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality tax service and advice to clients and manage client relationships. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensuring that all activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
