Job Description

We're on the lookout for passionate Baristas to join our all-star teams across our incredible venues. You know your way around an espresso machine, live for that silky milk texture, and know the difference between a good coffee and a great one. You're consistent, calm under pressure and care about every cup that hits the pass.
What you'll bring
* Minimum 1 year barista experience in a rapid-paced café
* Confident in dialling in and adjusting grind
* A love for specialty coffee and an eye for detail
* Solid teamwork and communication skills
* Excellent communication and outgoing personality
* Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
