Asset College is inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified and motivated Trainer/Assessors who would like to be considered for upcoming training opportunities across 2026. This is not a specific vacancy. Instead, we are building a talent pool and will contact suitable applicants as roles become available throughout the year.
Most roles in 2026 are expected to be based at our North Lakes and Logan Central campuses; however, we welcome EOIs from applicants in other locations who may be suitable for future opportunities.

We engage full-time, casual and contract Trainer/Assessors, depending on role requirements, operational needs and individual circumstances.

What We're Looking For
We invite EOIs from people who:
Hold a training and assessment qualification that meets the current Standards for RTOs (TAE40122 preferred; higher adult education qualifications also accepted).
Hold the vocational qualifications and industry experience required for the subjects they wish to deliver.
Can demonstrate vocational currency relevant to their training areas.
Hold (or can obtain prior to engagement) any required licences, permits or clearances.
Are committed to high-quality training, learner engagement and industry-relevant delivery.
Bring professionalism, initiative and a positive contribution to our training culture.
