As a clinical educator, you will design, deliver and evaluate engaging training that supports best practice, builds confidence and ensures our people are equipped to provide safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will coordinate education programs, support new starters through orientation, maintain accurate learning records and work closely with leaders to identify training needs and continuous improvement opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to better outcomes for residents and a stronger, more supported workforce.
