Responsibilities
You will actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable experiences.
You will advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings.
You will ensure stock is available on shelves to provide the best choices for customers.
You will maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
You will uphold alcohol service guidelines.
You will be yourself and bring your energy to the team — BWS gives you the freedom to shine.
About You
You should be comfortable talking with customers confidently and authentically to create an engaging experience.
You should have good availability across days, evenings and weekends.
You should be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
