The Residential Property Officer position is responsible for managing and overseeing the provision of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors in the South of Tasmania.
* Responsibilities include managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and tenants to resolve issues and concerns.
To succeed in this role, applicants will need extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management.
