We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to take ownership of stock management and operations processes across our clinics.
This all-rounder role is critical in supporting clinic locations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with teams and partners around stock orders, deliveries, and availability.
Liaise and maintain relationships with trusted suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and monitor supplier pricing for alternative market options.
Ensure we maintain appropriate levels of stock across sites with minimal waste and coordinate basic maintenance needs, manage office supply orders, and lead operational setup of new clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor inventory levels
* Coordinate stock ordering, deliveries, and transfers
* Oversee stock storage at Head Office
* Implement systems for consistent stock control
* Communicate with clinic managers and partners
* Liaise with suppliers
* Monitor supplier pricing
* Minimise waste and stock discrepancies
* Coordinate maintenance and site logistics
